A great episode overall.

I didn’t know about thoughtbot’s [apprenticeship](https://thoughtbot.com/playbook/our-company/apprenticeship) but it was interesting to learn about it.

I enjoyed the discussion about separating the transport layer data from the application layer data. Elm is helpful in that regard because it definitely forces you to think about that boundary.

The episode also got me thinking about ways I could improve my note taking process. Great stuff.
