# Isometric games like 8bit ones

This one could sound rather silly for the rest, but I’m a bit lost.  
I’m just jump recently back on my high school isometric games for Spectrum/msx and just feel some interest in trying to learn and code something similar but in browser with Elm.  
So anyone can point me some resources about (it’s pretty easy find out stuff for games in 8bit comps, but I’m searching specific for web and elm)?  
TBH, I’m not sure about differences on using canvas or webgl for web games or if it’s relevant here or not.
