I found more on this blog, by Bas Nijholt, about his journey into Agentic coding, which might add to the discussion started about PAI and Devpod. Similar to @rupert Bas has also been working on RAG and scaffolding systems:

I found his blog looking for Proxmox networking recommendations, read Bas’ Proxmox to Nix + Incus post then his Agentic journey.
For an Elm dev Agentic environment I’ll try a VM with Nix + Incus + ssh2incus + PAI (and try Bas’ solution which seems more straight forward — bearing in mind that Bas has two degrees in Physics and a PhD in Quantum Mechanics and is a Senior developer).
