I’ve published the first version of elm-simple-animation https://package.elm-lang.org/packages/andrewMacmurray/elm-simple-animation/latest/
Something I’m hoping to add in the near future is a Simple.Transition module to make it more pleasant to use CSS transitions, so hopefully the library could become a one stop shop for simple UI animations.
