Hi folks,
I’m excited to announce the launch of the Elm Guide in Persian. My goal is to provide a comprehensive and accessible resource for Persian-speaking people interested in learning and utilizing the Elm programming language.
Key Highlights of the Project:
-
Official Translation: I have worked diligently to ensure that the translation of the Elm Guide is accurate and reflects the nuances of the Persian (fa_IR) language. This effort aims to make the content more relatable and easier to understand for our Persian-speaking audience.
-
Choosing MkDocs Over GitBook: After careful consideration, I have decided to use MkDocs as the documentation framework instead of GitBook. MkDocs offers a streamlined and user-friendly experience, allowing me to create a more efficient and visually appealing guide. This choice aligns with my commitment to providing high-quality resources.
-
Improving Default Experience: I have focused on enhancing the default experience for users. This includes optimizing navigation, improving search functionality, and ensuring that the content is well-structured and easy to follow. I believe these improvements will significantly benefit users as they explore the Elm programming language.
I invite you to explore the Elm Guide in Perisan and provide your feedback. Your input is invaluable as I continue to refine and expand this resource.
Notes:
- @evancz Are you OK with the addition of translator’s notes at the end of each page? The initial version doesn’t include them.
- @supermario Would you add the project to elmcraft as the third community translation?
