Where are you seeing a link to that page?
From https://package.elm-lang.org/ -> “Write great docs” https://package.elm-lang.org/help/documentation-format -> “preview your documentation”
That feature did not get migrated to 0.19 as I would like to give that ability a different way. I will remove the link for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
