It’s a WIP, but I’ve already faced and solved a ton of issues while using it for some PWA I’m creating. So it’s regularly being improved. After I publicly advertise that other PWA, and get a bit of real world experience, I’ll publish a proper package.

Thank you, @mattpiz . It looks very promising. In the mean time, here’s the answer I got on stackexchange that has at least allowed me to install on Chrome on Android (as well as Chromium on Linux desktop).
