I’ve installed Elm package(.exe type) on windows. I am able to start the reactor without any issues. However when I tried to open the elm file in browser, culminated in the following error.
When I tried to manually open http://package.elm-lang.org/all-packages?elm-package-version=0.18, i’ve got the response.

Any help will be well appreciated.

http://package.elm-lang.org/all-packages?elm-package-version=0.18

Learnt that this issue is because of firewall that’s prohibiting elm exe to talk out side.
