Initial release of elm-lttb, a package for efficient downsampling of data for plotting purposes. Sveinn Steinarssons algorithm selects points to emphasize the peaks and valleys of the original data.

Love the demo! 
I’ve used this algorithm before on an elm plotting project but did the downsampling on the backend. Glad to see this coming to the Elm world!
