I just published version 1.0.0 of elm-touch. It makes it very easy to handle touch events. There is an example here.

Cool to see you intend to manage gestures! The material design guideline can be a good inspiration for that I think: https://material.io/design/interaction/gestures.html

I just released version 1.1.0 which adds pinch gesture

I released 1.2.0 which adds onRotate. In the future I might add inertia and tap events
