If you go to https://github.com/elm-community/list-extra/zipball/8.2.4/ in your browser, is the zip downloaded?

I am using it in WSL Ubuntu … It works in Red hat on bare metal , I checked. Though in WSL Ubuntu, Curl has successfully downloaded the zip file with redirection .

Are you behind a proxy ? If so is your proxy configuration exposed to elm ?
