Statistics of packages update for latest elm version

Iā€™m looking into how the ecosystem has evolved during the latest updates, for example: 0.16 - 0.19.

Are there statistics around how long did it took for the packages to be up to date and published with the latest version of the language after the release?

Since packages have an upper limit in elm-version, on each release the whole ecosystem needs to be updated. Nothing new for the community  , I know. But I have some discussions about pros / cons about having this upper limit (which I like very much).

One of the cons is forcing the community to, at least, republish the package if there are no actual change needed. Hence, my initial question: Are there any stats that shows how long it takes for the ecosystem to catch up after each release?

Thanks!
