Where did the reference for package SemVer go?

Previously, Elm’s approach to Semantic Versioning appeared at package.elm-lang.org, but it no longer appears there, and the “Using Packages” link currently lands at the now-archived elm-package repo, which points to elm/compiler… which has no docs on it as far as I can tell; the only references are in the terminal source and the "version" field docs for elm.json.

Does the info which used to appear at the packages repo still exist publicly anywhere?

Thank you! Those are indeed helpful references. I had thought that the old elm-package readme had considerably more detail than that, but I may be misremembering.
