CSS Colors in Elm

I noticed the named CSS colors were missing from elm-css. Personally I like to use them so I made a package for it. You can check it out here! This is my first (hopefully of many) package so please let me know if there’s something I’m missing! I’ll publish it if everything checks out :+1:
