Elm-ui: different behaviour in Ellie and localhost

Using elm-ui, I have an issue rendering the spacing of paragraph lines in a textColumn in my dev environment. The same code works fine in Ellie

There is a similar thread, but I’m using the latest version of elm-ui: 1.1.8

Can someone confirm if the line spacing are rendering correctly in a local environment?

Here’s the sample code:

module Main exposing (main)

import Element exposing (..)
import Element.Font as Font
import Html exposing (Html)

para = "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Donec bibendum consequat metus id vehicula. Aenean dignissim in nibh et vehicula. Suspendisse bibendum nibh et nunc blandit vestibulum. Aenean consequat, eros vitae consequat sodales, enim est sagittis nunc, vel dignissim sapien ligula non sem. Proin vehicula condimentum lobortis. Donec vulputate nulla eu turpis pulvinar, id consectetur ipsum laoreet. Vestibulum ut sagittis nulla. In hac habitasse platea dictumst. Morbi lectus tellus, sagittis a diam ac, mollis dapibus mi. Mauris diam mauris, convallis sit amet ante et, facilisis pellentesque urna. Curabitur accumsan felis nec nisl hendrerit, ac aliquam ante rhoncus. Aliquam viverra nunc at purus hendrerit, a accumsan metus lacinia."

paraSpacing = 30

main : Html msg
main =
    layout [ padding 20 ] <|
        textColumn
            [ Font.size 16 ]
            [ paragraph
                [ spacing paraSpacing ]
                [ text para ]
            ]
