Failing to remove 0.19.2

@peterjamesward not sure if it’d help but I’ve been use mise for specifying which version of Elm to use (amongst other things) with each of my projects. I posted about it just now A template for small Elm apps, and a way to specify a specify version of Elm for each because I figured it might help other people too. The tldr is that it lets you have both Elm 0.19.1 and 0.19.2 installed per project and not have to worry about switching in any manual way as you move between projects.
