Fosdem is a completly free conference in the middle of europe. It’s one of the biggest open source get togethers in the world.

They announced the dev rooms, so it would be awesome to send them some talks about Elm.
There are mulitple rooms where elm would be relevant, like Game Development, Community, Javascript, Open Source Science and Research Tools, Open Media etc. There also is a lightning talk room, in case you don’t want to do an half an hour talk
