Liikennematto devlog #3: lots to do [traffic simulation in Elm]

Hi! I recently published another entry in the Liikennematto devlog series. Liikennematto is a prototype traffic simulation. This time I discuss procedural generation of lots and buildings. A pool of unique buildings is randomly sampled and lots are placed on the map (the “traffic mat”), if there’s enough room.
