Update: new version of Elm-Expo experiment

Elm-Expo is an experimental library for writing mobile phone apps with Elm, based on the Expo platform/helper app.

The new version introduces:

• installation guide
• per-node touch event handlers: on "topTouchEnd" is a quick hack for implementing “onClick”
• the full example “counter” app is at: https://github.com/akavel/elm-native-expo-counter

Please remember this is still a pre-alpha, experimental library.
