I remember contributing to it a while ago. It’s currently not updated to 0.19. So maybe you, I or somebody else wants to contribute the changes 
Sounds like a good idea! I’m not sure when I’ll have time, but in any case I think it might make more sense to move this as a subdir to the serant-elm repo.
